There are many things to consider before you go ahead and exchange nude photos with your partner. Sexy photos can bring some excitement into a relationship, (especially a long distance one), but, might not be the best idea for everyone to do. To have the best possible experience with taking and exchanging nude photos with your partner, you need to think about a few important things first. This can be fun, but those moments of fun can later be tainted if you find yourself having huge regrets sometime down the road.

How well do you really trust this partner?

Trust is a key issue when considering if you want to pose for nude photos. If you have been with your partner for a long time, (are married, or are in a common law relationship), and things are going well, it could be just fine to have a fun evening with a camera. If the two of you know each other really well, you should have no problems talking about what you want to do, what you don't want to do, and where these photos end up going. Specifically state what you want, and that should be sufficient, if you really do trust your partner. You will know that he or she wouldn't show these pictures to anyone else after you tell him or her that these are for "your eyes only". You can believe it when he or she says they will delete these pictures later on, if that is what the two of you decide you want done. It all depends on trust.

However, if this is a new relationship, or one that is going through a particularly rocky time, you might want to hold off for a while before getting out the camera. Taking nude photos will not be enough on it's own to fix a troubled relationship, and you can't be sure what will happen to these private photos if the two of you split up soon after creating them. If your relationship is so new, or so problematic that you wouldn't trust this person with your bank account, then it's not the time to get out the camera.

What if the unthinkable happens?

Nothing is impossible, so, before you start posing for nude pictures you might want to take a moment and consider how you would feel if the unthinkable happened, and one or more of these photos "got out". Someone hacks the computer they are stored on, or someone steals the cell phone the pictures were taken with. What happens now?

Some people might feel uncomfortable about the idea of a stranger viewing these intimate photos. Others might like that idea, and decide to post these photos on the internet themselves! It all depends on your personal feelings
