You can certainly tell you've made it, when your children show you every element of respect you deserve.Making it is being content with your lot and indeed feeling, safe, secure, exhilarated and satisfied. It's when you no longer feel the need to prove yourself to anyone, not even yourself.

When people pass comment on your wisdom, as well as your integrity, does it not tell you that you have achieved such great respect? It certainly does depend on what level of achievement you are searching for. Yet we know when we have reached the pinnacle of our hopes, we don't need to be told.

Achievement is all about confidence, and motivation. We determine that we will reach a height of great satisfaction and thus we do everything within our power to reach there.We can only climb to heights that are achievable and not surreal. Once we reach there, we have no need to question if we have done well.

Perhaps in business we now have nowhere else to go, but to own the company. I think our commonsense would tell us that we have reached the heights.

There are so many avenues we all wish to be successful in, child raising,education, relationships, careers etc. If we still have that element of self doubt and dissatisfaction we have not achieved the achievable as yet!

We've made it when our contentment is overwhelming!
