Law, government and free choice

A Reason to Comply
( "in 682 words" )

America is the land of dreamers, achievers and opportunities. To any person of a worldly grasp of history and mannerisms, America may also be perceived as the land that lacks culture. However, as all matter of life is both good and evil according to Confucius's theory of Yin and Yang, America could not be America without the formal civilities of the American justice system. America seems to embrace the credo of its military defense department, " You take care of us, and we'll take care of you."

I began to then truly appreciate the regularity of America. The undeniable fact that organization dictates success in any human action is seen best through the comparison of America to any other nation. Yes, we harbor criminals and vagabonds, but we also have the brightest minds in the world within our midst. America may persecute such artists as Eminem, but also awards lyrical originality with the highly prestigious Grammy. The individual is both America's most defining characteristic progression and its most deteriorating flaw. And even though I have traveled
