Keeping your brain fit

Basketball, local soccer games, jogging, running, biking, swimming and on and on.. Exercises hasten the flow of blood around the body. This causes the heart to beat faster and the brain to think deeper. Yes sports is so tiresome.

Many working people often say they have no time for sports games. Well, if how about love making with your spouse? love starts with teasing each other (flirting) then it goes on to holding hands and caressing each other's cheeks and back. Then the kiss is now the part where both spouses start firing up their emotions of love. This is called SWEET exercise. Just walking around the corner to buy some stuff is exercise enough.

When the body is very active because of these strenous exercises, the brain is dragged into this active lifestyle. As an offshoot of the exercises, the brain is kept in its FIT state longer than when no exercises or sports games have been indulged in.

Vitamins and minerals are needed by the brain to keep it fit according to the sales strategy used by vitamin and mineral companies.

Well, researches have shown that to keep the brain fully active and FIT, we must do or play some mind boggling exercises like word factory, snake and ladders, chess, domino backgammon, card games and even do online researches on various topics of interest.

In conclusion, vitamins, minerals, the right kind of food and exercise like jogging, playing chess helps the brain reamin in tiptop or FIT condition. LOGICALLY, VITAMIN IS TO BRAIN FITNESS as
EXERCISE is also to BRAIN FITNESS.
