Ok, so how does an original erection occur? Well pornography and thongs aside, medically an erection in a male occurs when the parasympathetic nervous system is aroused by tiny chemical impulses (usually in response to a thong on flesh or a pretty lady =0) , these impulses excite the body into literally having all the blood rush into the arterial wall of the penis, enlarging it and cause it to grow in size and vertical velocity.
