An overview of the newest diet drugs

appetite. Honestly, it's difficult to find a drug that relieves a headache effectively, are you sure your faith in drug therapy isn't a bit misplaced?

Have you ever considered why you're so hungry? I'm not talking about emotional eating, everyone does that, I'm referring to what you're missing that makes you go back for more of what didn't satisfy you in the first place. Figure that out and you're half-way to your goal.

Okay so my story in brief; I had tried everything I could think of to lose weight. I had those goofball diets that you get off the internet, the "apple-cider vinegar diet", the "hot dog diet" just incredibly stupid stuff that really could have ruined my heath. One day, I cannot recall why I decided to put in an "8 min Abs" tape that I had purchased. I couldn't do it. I couldn't get through 8 lousy minutes. I broke down in tears. That was my rock-bottom.

I had experience with Weight-Watchers in the 80s and it wasn't very positive. But the ads and the special they had going convinced me to give it another try. The Points plan was very helpful to me. It made the "diet" very easy to stick to for me. Now I say "diet" in quotes because you really can't call it a diet. You see there had to be a really drastic change in how I viewed food, that's what made the difference.

The critical component and I know you won't want to hear it but hear it you will, EXERCISE! If you don't want to exercise then sit on the couch eat your cookies and stop complaining about being fat. Tough Love Kiddies, but I'm not going to lie to you, I leave that to the television ads. I say it because you can do it. YOU CAN!

Here's the basics of my plan, check it with your doctor, I can't say it will help everyone it's just what worked for me. If you and your doc think it will work for you, I'm so, so, happy to share.

First, I did the WW Points plan initially this taught me how to eat. It was a great starter plan for me; reading through the material will give you a wealth of knowledge. The one difference with WW that sticks out in my mind was that I felt overwhelmed by amount of options I had and how much food I had to eat to be in my points range. You see, everyone thinks fat people eat too much. They don't that's part of the reason they're fat. You check it out and you'll see what I mean.

Now, one thing I learned from a physician that I'm not sure you're aware of, I know I wasn't aware of it. The human brain does not register thirst very well. Huh? I'll explain, a great deal of the time,
