NEVER BETTER!
A Rhyming Blow at the Big Four-Oh!
We walk and run and bike and swim.
We work out hard and come home thin.
At forty-plus, we're going strong
With healthy diets, all day long.
We haven't crept over the hill.
In fact, we know we're got it still.
Approaching fifty, we're no fear;
We're only starting to get it in gear!
