From small communities to larger ones, the necessity for cancer research is not inherently determined to be a problem by the continent views of the majority of society. The lack of interest in the field of medicine is not the issue, nor is the amount of intelligence that has been ascertained by humans as a whole. No, our problem of course always, I repeat always comes down to capital. The investments of many into private researching communities to fund cancer research have shown significant results in providing proper medication and treatment, yet the idealism of a cure has not been reached. Furthermore, government interference on any level would further detriment our economy by providing more outlets for government interference in the structure of endo-societal relations by clouding an issue that is continuously being looked at and resolved by private interests, and the government would thus be diverting their focus from larger more important government issues established in the doctrines outlining the form of government addressed. So no, private interests are nominal and definitively more than enough to sustain the funding of cancer research without the milk cloud of government interference.
