Squeeze balls are excellent tools for keeping little hands busy! They are also great for relieving stress, or as a manipulative for a kinesthetic learner. What's more, they are simple and fun to make.

You'll need the following supplies:

*Flour. Right from your kitchen, any kind will do.
*Balloons. Any size and colour. Helium-rated are best because they are better quality and more durable.
*A small kitchen funnel.

Hint: If you are making this craft with children, consider putting down newspaper or wax paper to catch spills.


1: Stretch the balloon a bit by tugging out the shape.

2: Then simply insert the funnel and fill with flour until the balloon is full and firm, but still slightly malleable.

3: Tie the top tight, and you're done!
