An introduction to blogging

This is for those who wish to join community blog sites. By following these rules they will become a great addition to the community as well as possibly earning a little cash.

First and foremost all bloggers must conform to the TOS of the community blog! After all, this is not your personal blog as such, for you are a member of a community and should act accordingly. This means following their rules. These rules are there so as to make this community a shining light that all other bloggers will look up to and try to emulate.

If one would like to post duplicate content then I suggest you do it elsewhere. You may consider starting your own blog where there are no such limitations.

If one would like to post blogs that serve no other purpose than to advertise affiliates or other sites, I suggest you go elsewhere.

If however, your blog was of good content, your own, and of value to the community, a link may be acceptable if it is related to the actual blog.

If you love to submit many blogs in succession then I suggest you go elsewhere. This is termed flooding and is extremely inconsiderate of the rest of the community.

If you would love to advertise in your comments and it does not related to the original blog, you should go and do it somewhere else.

You are allowed to advertise your sites or other blogs as a link in your signature, which will be automatically appended to your comment.

All new members are allowed a time to get acquainted with the community's rules. It is not acceptable to abuse members who are trying to educate you in the etiquette of this community. It would be to your advantage to listen, learn and conform to all said rules for the smooth running of the community blog. If this is unacceptable, what can I say you are quite welcome to blog elsewhere.

These rules are extremely simple to follow, and if you can adhere to them you will actually advance from a splogger to a legitimate blogger who we would all welcome with open arms.
