I'm all honesty not really annoyed by a tatteltale as much. There might be relevance to telling the hire ups if someone is not doing things right. All though I will admit that such ones do annoy the living daylights out of me. There is some since of purposeful need to rat on others. Particularly if the individual is doing something that constitutes real shady conduct, or perhaps a real substantial problem in the context of being disrespectful, or is facilitating an instance in which safety might be a concern.
On the other hand a gossiper is someone that just spreads rumours. Sometimes and in many cases for the sake of not having nothing else better to do. I really used to hate it when a co-worker just arduously would start talking about an other co-worker espiecially if it's negative. In a lot of cases gossipers insiduously take and talk about people behind there back, or say stuff that's just here say. There's no purposeful use for it. It's redundant in nature and serves no meaningful or beneficial substance. None. Where as with a tattletale maybe a wrong can be made right. The work place does benefit maybe. Maybes are a lot better than a definite waist of time in my opinion. Although nether one of these in my opinion can remotely compare to the Slacker or the infamous kiss-up. Witch I suppose admittedly might will in a number of cases make relative reference to the tattletale .Although that is highly relative.
I've tattled before, but first it's good to try and confront the co-worker in person before you generally go that far. I've never done it to score any brownie points.
I've always wanted my co-workers to respect me for my work ethic. I've always had a great deal of desrespect for the suck-up or even the gossiper. Do in part to one being only concerned about there own plight and standing in the eyes of the boss. The gosssiper who is really a lot of times an just an instigator. The Instegator is the worst kind of gossiper. They are a cancer on the work place. They tend to take away the contenuity and senergy of the workplace. When thast happins the whole staff or crew looses.
