Poetry: We're through

When I said I loved you,
you kissed me on the cheek.
When I said I loved you,
my limbs went weak.
When I said I loved you,
you held me in your arms.
When I said I loved you,
my heart skipped a beat.
but when I said I loved you,
my heart broke in two.
Because when I said I loved you,
you said nothing,
so now we are threw.
