If you look at the results of standardize testing, it is quite evident that on average Asians score higher than Caucasians, while Hispanics and African-Americans consistently remain near the bottom of the list. But this discrepancy does not have to do with any genetic factors.
Intelligence is generally a cultural phenomenon that is first fostered and developed in the household.
Asians statistically outperform all other races in America because they simply bust their asses studying more than others. They do not have a naturally affinity to higher intelligence. Social studies show that Asians watch the least television per hour than other races, read more quality books than others, have a parent who stresses education above anything else, and are more conservative in their family structures than most Americans.
I was a teacher, and it is just that simple. Intelligence develops by constant brain exercises just like any muscle, and Asians give their brains more mental workouts than Caucasians, Hispanics and African-Americans.
The cultures of Hispanics and African-Americans sadly does not stress education and other values that foster positive changes or success no matter how much they claim they do and I am not afraid to say it. I have taught in majority African-American and Hispanics schools and it is quite evident that academic achievement is pretty much dismissed or vilified by the students. Parents of these students are less involved in their child's academic endeavors while fostering their athletic or artistic endeavors.
