In return for their patriotic efforts to protect all Americans, the political pundits from the conservative right attempted to distort and fabricate news stories. However the Democratic Party stood steadfast and continued to stop the evaporation of the rights of the people. Thus, in 2006 it was rewarded by the people by winning a slight majority in Congress and in the House of Representatives. The hardcore republicans believe the word civil liberty' is a dirty word that needs removed from the American vocabulary. However, many Americans understand it's a fundamental right to be guarded and never to be relinquished because we all know once you relinquish a right, you can never get it back, and it's called in the judicial system as precedence. The only ones aiding and abetting the enemy are the ones who attempt to dilute our way of life. The constant insinuation of the right wing political pundits that we must give up what is constitutionally protected for protection of our civil liberties, is an attempt to give government the power to be more intrusive. The Democrats are the only ones right now stopping the complete dismantling of our constitutional rights. The hardcore conservative republicans want to be able to spy on Americans without judicial process. They want to data mine our personal information without due process and want to forgo the checks and balance of this nation. The conservative republicans are helping our enemies by eroding our rights, bypassing the courts, trampling on the constitution. Our enemies want our way of life to be dismantled and the conservative Republican Party are helping those who hate us accomplish it. The Democrats should be thanked for their efforts in fighting this tide of Freedom Relinquishment' for protection.
