Cold sweats accompanies the cramps that grip me right now. I have been in and out of bed within the last six hours, walking back and forth from my bedroom to the kitchen or living room to drink water, circulate my limbs or take a medicine to ease my pain. All throughout these, I found only comfort with thoughts of you. Your smile and the way you look at me are all the soothing that I need. The poems I have read countless of times and the songs that gladdens my heart - all these and more- a balm to this hurting cycle. One that a woman has to bear in order to behold another life. Oh, one does not complain of the ways of nature from whence I also sprung. I try very hard not to. Nothing will hurt me as long as I have your embracing warmth as my shield.
Here, I am again.. emotions oozing out of me while I gaze upon your photos. Bliss! After this, I know I will be in deep slumber. You and I again, in a room overlooking the white beach and sparkling blue waters, embracing. I am drinking the sight of you in my arms as you are having a siesta, listening to your breathing and feeling your steady pulse.. as steady as the beating of my heart. A time where I can shut my eyes and be certain you will still be there when I unclose it.
I love the reading material you sent, the wolf that embodies who you are and what you will become to your family. It is very fascinating. I will surely devote a certain time to read more of that. For now, I will go back to bed - dream of Us. Every minute - drawing you closer to me.
