Aging is not a medical condition

Aging is natural - if you think about that we should also remember that we are dying from the day we are born. By that I mean we are on the countdown from the date of our birth until our death. We are all going to die. We do not know when or how or why - but die we will for certain. Dying is often seen in this age as the failure of the medical profession to keep us alive and also healthy for ever.

Aging is not a medical condition but what is it and why are we worried about it? I think that we as humans are so afraid of death that we are afraid of aging also because by the course of nature the older we get the more likely we are nearer to our own death. We want to hold aging back for as long as possible. We begin to think that the medics should have the answer to all the aches and pains of aging and if they don't turn up trumps then somehow aging is a medical condition.

If we embrace living life to the full no matter what age we are then we mostly don't notice the aging process. It is only when our health is not good that we begin to associate aging with a medical condition. Most people want to be healthy for as long as possible, however, that aspiration will depend on our, genetics, childhood and lifestyle.

My advice to everyone is this - LIVE, LIVE EVERYDAY, EVERY YEAR. Live live live live JUST LIVE YOUR LIFE AS IF THIS DAY IS YOUR LAST DAY and your health will be the better for it.

How often do we as people expect much more than is possible from ourselves. We always want more than we can possible have. But we should not think of aging as a medical condition.
