Yes Illegal immigrants should be entitled to receive the benefit of our judicial system. The crime having been committed, why should we not charge them, try them, and play host to them in the finest establishments that our Criminal Justice System has to offer and then once they have paid their due to our society, then and only then should we send them back to their country of origin. Because, it would put a financial strain on our judicial system that is already over worked as it is.

No, illegal immigrants should not be allowed to obtain a drivers license in this country. No, illegal immigrants should not be allowed to draw unemployment in this country. No, illegal immigrants should not be allowed to work in this country. Illegal immigrants are a drain on this Nation. They think that because we have a system of government that protects the rights of its citizens, that those rights extend to anyone that happens to find their way into this country. They do not. In fact any accidents that may occur while these people are in our country illegally are acts that are criminal as having occurred during the commission of a crime.

There are many people wanting to enter this country legally. The waiting list is huge and the waiting time is long. It is unfair to these people that are respecting our laws to allow any illegal immigrant to have any benefits in this country. In fact granting benefits to those who enter this country illegally would be sending the message that it is OK to immigrate illegally. Instead of solving the problem we would be adding to the problem. Why do so many of us feel that it is OK to contribute to the problem in this way instead of contributing to the solution by making it clear that illegal immigration will not be tolerated.

The law should be written in such a way as to make illegal immigrants in eligible for immigration ever. This would send a clear message to people considering illegal immigration that if caught they would never be allowed to immigrate and should they chose to do it twice and get caught they should be thrown in jail with out possibility of parole permanently. This would get the attention of those considering illegal immigration in such a way as to have the desired effect. Those from other countries wishing to disrespect our laws in this fashion need to be taught that they have no rights in this country and those who choose to violate our laws by violating our borders illegally will not be given a trial but will be summarily sentenced.
