The issues that come into play during this Presidential election will not be questions of discrimination to a large degree. This, of course, doesn't mean that there won't be some problems with discrimination when it comes time to vote. However, the true test will be one of ideology instead of religion, gender or race.
Do I expect Clinton to have problems because she's a woman? No. I expect that her problems will be more based on her previous healthcare proposals and the lack of candor with her stand on various issues. I also expect her to have problems because of her name, which may have a polarizing effect.
Do I expect Obama to have problems because he's black? No. I expect him to have problems because he lacks the experience of Clinton. Also, while he seem very strong on domestic issues, he seems weaker in foreign affairs than some of his competitors.
Do I expect Romney to have trouble because he's a Mormon? No. I expect him to have more problems because of his "flip-flopped" positions from before. I'm also pretty sure that he'll get a poor reaction from dog lovers.
There are simply too many political issues around to worry consider the trivialities of their personal traits as major factors in the upcoming election.
