Superman vs Batman would not be a fight. It would be a beating. Superman clearly has much more power than Batman. Superman came from an alien planet called Krypton and is almost invincible. Batman is from earth and has no super-human powers. All he has is a lot of money which he uses to maintain the bat cave and finance his nights fighting crime. Batman may be made of money but Superman is made of steel. Superman is so fast that he would simply sidestep every punch Batman threw. If me some chance he did land a lucky punch, his hand would break and Superman's steel body. If bullets deflect off of his chest, a fist would be no match at all. Even if Batman had Robin and his butler Alfred helping him fight, Superman would still be victorious. Another tool that Batman would try to utilize is his utility belt. He might try to use some gadgets to trap Superman but would be to slow to do so. When Superman finally decided to attack Batman, the fight would end in an instant. He could knock Batman out with one punch and Batman would not even see it coming. If he wanted to be creative, he could destroy Batman by using is lasers from his eyes, or perhaps pick him up and throw him straight into the air so he would not be able to survive the collision with the ground.
