Body building should not be required for anybody. Body building only encourages steriods the participants. Plus, the professional body builders are just gross. The men are all shaved with disproportionate arms and chest. The women are even more gross than the men are. They have pancake breasts, huge muscles, ewwww! Body building is a choice and no high school should promote it as a sport. It is like promoting a beauty contest. Both of those events are really weird.
Also, I like being the only person in my school being jacked up. If there was a body building team at my school, hell, I would only be the most jacked up person by a little. I wouldn't be able to go up to someone and tell them that I am jacked up. Then they would ask me if I am on the body building team. I am not on the team so they would not believe me. And being jacked up is the only good thing that I have going right now.
Not only that, but being too jacked up is not healthy. If not steriods, body building teams are definitely promoting protien drinks which can screw up a person's kidneys. If physical education is not required by every high school in the country than there is no way that body building should be a requirement.
