What is not to love about comfort food in a matter of minutes instead of hours? It's not Grandma's mac and cheese that baked in the oven for hours and had three kinds of cheese, but when I get in from skiing, it's perfect.

Why is it perfect? It can cook while I am peeling layers of clothes and getting the fireplace lit. No extra dish, no wasted time, and almost immediate results. Quality macaroni and cheese in my house is instant happiness.

The size of the container is healthy and it allows room for some add ins. For example, if you want a little different type of cheese simply stir it in as you take it from the microwave. I love a little salsa to spice things up. My kids do a diced up tomato. Let your imagination run wild.

Is Kraft really better than the other quick serve brands? Yes, it tastes better. Maybe it really is the cheesiest. It has a creamier texture. It's just darn good.

My family purchases both the dry pouches and the containers. As the chief bottle washer I prefer the containers as clean up is just a toss in the garbage. I understand that is not very green of me, but I am greening up a little at a time. According to my son the pouches allow him more freedom for the amount of cheese powder to use. He actually mixes the cheese powder with some other ingredients. What ever makes him happy, I am thrilled he is fixing his own snack.

We are very happy with our Easy Mac. If you don't have some tucked away on your self I suggest a trip to the market. Enjoy.
