WAYS TO BUTTER UP YOUR BOSS- There are may ways to butter up your boss. Your boss should be a very important person in your life. Many times we take them for granted by engaging in gossip and allowing other to say mean and horrible things about our boss. They should be treated like a member of our family. We do not like anyone saying bad things about our love ones. So our boss deserves the same respect.
Someone who plays a significant role in your life. You should show them how much you appreciate them. A real good boss is hard to find so if you have been one of the fortunate ones it is indeed OK to butter them up. You do not need to wait until National Boss Day. Here are few ways to butter up your boss:

1. Pay them a compliment
2. If your boss is a sports fan purchase them season tickets to see their favorite team
3. You can purchase a fruit basket
4. Give them a flower or a plant
5. Being a loyal employee
6. You can prepare their coffee for a week
7. Treat them to breakfast or lunch
8. A trip to the spa
9. A dinner for two-their spouse or friend
10.A book of passes to the movies
11.A best selling book
12.A motivational tape

Remember a good boss is a rare jewel so you can never over do it.
