Working Class
I have a job, not a career
Not fulfilling, no where near
I have an IQ of 108
Top of my Class I graduate
Got a partial scholarship to the University
Was met by my parents with adversity
Why didn't I leave, why did I stay?
I can only tell you what I'd do today
Kiss my parents, Pack my things
Head for the campus and follow my dreams
Though thankful I do have a job
You know my story pay Peter and rob Paul
This is for the working class
Don't you wish we saw through the glass?
Not half empty, Not half full
No college education leads to this kind of bull!
