The Adobe Premier Elements 4 is a Windows version software similar to the iMovie software available for Macs. The software is remarkably easy to use, but it also offers more-advanced tools than those found in rival video-editing apps for Windows. The tool has two modes - a Sceneline' mode offers a view of the video which you're editing, while Timeline' offers more detail level editing options. In the former you can reorder clips by dragging thumbnails, and select the portions of each clip you want to use. In the Timeline, everything is adjustable, from brightness and color balance to soundtrack audio levels and supports innumerable audio and video tracks (actually 99)!

There are also hundreds of video effects to choose from as also movie templates where if you choose a theme then everything about the movie gets created: titles, transitions, effects etc. Now isn't that simple! This feature is my personal favourite. Using this software you can burn movies onto DVDs or upload straight to the web Youtube' or your site. If you want to publish a video on your website then it will create a player as well. Overall, a score of 4 out of 5!
