When we see other family's we sometimes wonder, how do they do it? They seem to have the perfect life. Then you say to yourself, "I wish we were more like them." The only problem with that is more than likely you do not have the same tools to create their family recipe. I think we are all guilty of doing this at some point or another, wishing we could be like, or have the same things others have. The recipe for a happy family life is not to use someone else's recipe, but to create your own. There is not one family that is the same, we are all different, however I think every family recipe needs the main ingredients:
100% Unconditional Love
100% Respect
100% Support
100% Understanding
With those main ingredients and a dash of your own to spice it up, you will, and can create your own recipe for a happy family life, and one that everyone is sure to enjoy and love.
As long as you restrain from wondering what everyone else thinks of your family and how you do things, you should be fine. Another tip, is to not try and keep up with or out do others. It will only lead to disaster.
In the end just remember to have fun with your family and enjoy them all while you can. Life is to short.
