system. This could also be furniture, such as game chairs, which are designed for comfort or specifically geared toward gaming, or a shelving unit to hold all your different gaming devices.
-If you answered yes to this and selected 2 or more of the upgrades, then you might want to check yourself, and how much money you are investing into your gaming system(s).
7.) Have you began to use analogies and game lingo from your favorite games, to relate yourself, or include yourself, in conversations with real people?
-This is a bad sign! If you are using the plots, and characters from your games to relate to reality situations, then you have been sucked into the fantasy world. You have (in your mind) separated yourself from the real world, and you need to get out of the house for a bit. You may even need to cut your gaming off cold turkey for a spell until you can remember to differentiate between fiction, and reality.
8.) Have you gained weight?
-Gaming is a physically non-exerting form of entertainment, which can leave you sitting on your rump, and NOT getting the proper exercise. When you are constantly gaming, it is easy to grab a snack and sit down to play while you blindly eat JUNK. All of this can lead to weight gain.

Be honest with yourself. It is so easy to make excuses, or justify why you do things. Give a dose of tough-love to yourself. If you realize you are using your gaming to ignore reality, or to keep you from dealing with the problems you have, then you are probably gaming away your time too much. Almost certainly, your issues will still be there day after day, waiting until you face them. Ask yourself what it is about your life that you don't like, and then change
