Apparently young Mr. Fairplay does not understand that the consequences of his own action is no reason to initiate a lawsuit. Mr. Fairplay's lewd and immature behavior speaks volumes about the nature of his character. It seems that neither is improving with age.

While Mr. Bonaduce was not without fault in causing the incident by going onstage uninvited. Mr. Fairplay's choice of actions leaves little doubt that there is no basis for a lawsuit.

A look at the video of the incident shows very plainly that young Mr. Fairplay instigated the incident by bringing Mr. Bonaduce back on stage just to jump on him.
The results were nothing more than a reaction to his jumping on Mr. Bonaduce.

If Mr. Bonaduce had instigated a confrontation or taken a swing at young Mr. Fairplay the whole nature if the incident would be different.

Based on the video young Mr. Fairplay has no right to sue anyone.

Including Fox Reality in the suit is as preposterous as trying to sue Mr. Bonaduce. Just where did Young Mr. Fairplay get the notion that Mr. Bonaduce and Fox Reality are responsible for his choice of action.

It seems that young Mr. Fairplay needs to take a lesson from the definition of his own moniker.
