In the western culture, younger men have developed a sense of responsibility in the working place.
The 21st century is characterized by young men massive contributions in the development of their economy. As opposed to prior generations, this generation is extremely active. In many advanced cultures, younger men not only do show interests for education but they do also work part time or full time jobs. Yet, younger men standing underneath the 1st quarter of life cycle tend to have a promiscuous lifestyle.

Despite their promiscuous lifestyle, younger men show strong ethical traits both at work and in sports. They often try hard to become number one. They use their energy both qualitatively and quantitatively to set a record at work or in sports - football, soccer, hockey, tennis, basketball, baseball...etc.
In this generation, younger men are both considerate and unstable. Their consideration for women is definitely a quality trait, which alleviates the inattention and mistakes of the younger males of the previous generations.However, their instability is usually the result of peer pressure and social intimidation - alcohol,cigarettes, drugs, porn, sarcasm, lies,..., and HI-POP.
HI-POP songs tend to be full of violence, sex, and hatred. oftentimes, we do see inappropriate representations of women. They tend to be diminished in value and respect. Younger men, by constant exposure to HI-POP music, are changed unconsciously.
Younger men do have a deep sense of intimacy, respect, and honesty when raised inside a church or a good Christian family. They have been changed and purified by the Holy Scriptures. They do hold the bible as the excellent source of inspiration and foundations. For example, both the spiritually and emotionally stable younger men are those Christians who faithfully respect the commandments of God especially the ten commandments, the love of God, and the love of your neighbor.
