I am assuming everyone has heard the latest news about former child star Danny Bonaduce. In short, while taping a fox television program, Bonaduce flipped Survivor star Jonny Fairplay over his head. When Bonaduce entered the stage, Fairplay playfully jumped on him, wrapping his arms and legs around him. After the toss, he landed basically on his face, sprawled out on the stage. It was so obvious he was in extreme pain. He lay there while Bonaduce pranced around the stage, delighted by his own actions. Also enjoying the applause form the audience.

Fairplay's injuries included losing a few teeth. His gum's were bloodied. He had bruising on his face, as well as problems with his feet. I suspect however that his pride was hurt the most. So he has decided to sue not only Danny Bonaduce, but the Fox reality channel as well.

The lawsuit states that Fairplay was harmed by the incident. First, for his many injuries. He said that Bonaduce called him a "punk", and apparently also said he was going to "beat up" Fairplay again. Fairplay and his lawyer's want Bonaduce and Fox reality channel to pay for their "tortuous actions".

Bonaduce seems to think that Fairplay will lose the case "rather badly". In my opinion Danny Bonaduce better start saving his money now. I predict Fairplay will win. If there is anyone who has a case, it is him. Everything is caught on tape. I watched in horror as the event unfolded. The thing that struck me as odd was, there lay Fairplay on the ground. There was no way he was getting back on his feet. Nobody came to his aid. There was blood and teeth that were on the floor under him. He was in pain, and no one cared.

If it was handled correctly Fairplay would have been taken to the hospital immediately. He instead had to endure people from the audience, as well as Bonaduce booing and teasing him. No one is clear on the reason for the attack. Supposedly Bonaduce and Fairplay have greeted each other in a playful manner before, similar to this. Everyone is assuming that Bonaduce was drunk.

We loved Danny on the television hit show from the seventies, "The Partridge family". After the series ended, his life has been nothing but a train wreck. I don't think in any way this bothers Danny Bonaduce. I think he thrives on any attention he can get. My guess is this is just another way to get people to see him. Only this time, it is going to cost him.
