How to teach correct athletic running technique to children

The first thing that you need to do is teach a child how to peace himself and how to breath when runnng. You can run this child eveyday, but if he doesnt know how to breath, he wont make it. The nxt thing is tecah him the rules of running and how to form his hands and what king of stides to take.

The biggest thing about runnig track or cross county is peace. If you run off to fast, you die out. If you run off to slow you are left behind. You need to teach the child how to know his or her own peace. The best way to do this is in practce say ok, run five miles and ill see you in 30 mintues. Anyone there who belives you or can do that, is superman. That would be six mintue miles. Teach them what they can and cant do.

Breathing in running is a big thing too. If you can run fast but dont know how to breath, you will pass out everytime.The child needs to learn to take the right breaths at the right time. If your child is running a 2 mile race, there atleast eleven mintues of breathing that has to be done right or its over. Ive seen kids pass out because of not having breathing skills when it come to running.

Teach the kids the sports of runnig. Tells them everything. Show it to them. Nevr push anything on a child. You have to be a coach and take them to another level, but throw them in the mile race even if they come in last. Thats the only way to get better. Thats the mind behind running people.
