The over population is a problem that can be controlled as I said before by taxes, 2nd changes in laws. Utah's right to die is a good one for the country to follow. Works out well.
Population is a problem that needs to be addressed by us or earth will, It is to a point of doing it now,AIDS, FLUS, HURRICANES and other things that keep the population in check.
