I have listed down the 9 tips that enable you to create a targeted blog.

1) Brainstorm until you can come up with a great topic. This will allow you to cover all your blogging efforts.

2) You should make your blog content interesting. Then, readers will keep coming back to read more from your blog. In fact, they may tell to their friends about your blog. You will then have new visitors.

3) Study the different blogs available and choose the one that you find comfortable with. You should not place all your blogs in any site.

4) Plan a schedule for your blogging tasks. You need to have time to sit down and work on your blogs. Then, you will have your own group of loyal readers.

5) Ask experienced bloggers for some advice. For example, you may have seen some blogs with a lot of flashy banners. So, you can ask if that works or prevent readers from visiting your blog. You can also ask the tone of your blog. This applies especially when you are reviewing a product. Experienced bloggers will definitely share with you some ideas that you can work on.

6) Be social. Talk to people who visit your blog. Ask them what they look for in a blog. In order to get more hits each day, you will need to know the things people look for in a blog.

7) Change your blog content. This depends on your readers. By having the same content, some readers will get bored.

8) Create creative gimmicks so as to keep your readers interested and excited. For example, you can give away free ebooks or maybe your can publish your own newsletter and give it to your readers. Moreover, readers can subscribe to your newsletter. In this way, you have loyal readers who will come back to your blog.

9) Create a monitoring system to take note of your site traffic. Analyze if the traffic increases or decreases every day. You can use Google Analytics.
