I believe that we should hold a high standard of ethics in the work place Our ethics speak for themselves. Take the way we dress for example it says a lot about our character and how we are treated by our peers. if we dress for success we get it if we dress slouchy we do not get taken seriously they feel like we are just there and don't care about what we are doing. Next thing i want to address is the way we carry ourself do we feel good about ourself or are we always negative about everything if we have a negative attitude about life how are our peers going to look at us. and how serious are they going to take us, for example if i were your boss and i came to work with a don't care attitude how is that going to make you care if the job is done right or not it won't you won't care either. We need to try to keep an upbeat and positive outlook on things so that everything around us goes smoothly. No matter what our job title is in the workplace we should always give our best at whatever task we set out to do. Another avenue we need to cover is getting along with everyone that you work with I didn't say you had to like them or take them home with you just get along with them respect their space as you would like to have them respect yours. In other words respect their views and their feelings and listen to what they have to say sometimes other output can be valuable information.
