Mineral waters include minerals helpful to the body, including:
Magnesium which is used as the body's stress reducer and also strengthens the immune system.
Chloride which aides in the digestion process by maintaining and regulating acids within the stomach and intestines.
Sulfate which aides in strengthening the bones and teeth.
Iron which aides the body in delivering oxygen throughout the body.
Mineral water may also contain calcium, essentially good for health, and also strengthening bone mass.
