Healthy on the inside, Gorgeous on the outside!

What nourishes me destroys me! Ever heard of that saying? Well in case Your wondering, it's not true! The more nutrition Your body gains the more healthy it will become, and how healthy You are on the inside will definitely show on the outside. If You are ever looking for a way to enhance Your health and natural beauty then the best place to start is by looking at what is on Your plate.

There millions of different foods that not only provide nutrition to the body but will help You achieve healthier looking skin, hair, nails and even help You control Your body weight.

Pink Salmon: This is a Celebrity favourite to develop healthy golden skin. Pink salmon raw or smoked can be eaten in a variety of ways, such as in sushi or with cheese. Delicious and healthy!

Apple cider vinegar: Contains many healing agents for the skin. It helps remove dead skin and enhances digestion.

Oranges: An orange a day keeps scars away! The juice from fresh oranges contains Vitamin C, which is known for its collagen forming and skin repairing qualities.

Chocolate: Yes when eaten in moderation, chocolate is healthy. Chocolate especially dark chocolate contains flavenoids, which act as antioxidants to the body, eliminating free radicals that can cause harm.

Cranberries: Also an antioxidant, having the same effect on the body as chocolate. In addition cranberries are known to reduce urinary tract problems.

Garlic: Yes it does keep the Vampires away, but did You know it helps fight wrinkles and restore damaged tissue?

Carrots: The keratin from carrots is fuel to Your hair and nails. Add carrots to Your diet and You'll have great hair and longer and stronger nails!

Milk: Calcium calcium calcium! More Calcium, stronger teeth, bones and nails!

Finally one of the most important components to add to Your diet is H2O! Water has may nutrients that keep the body healthy. 8 glasses of water a day will keep Your skin well hydrated and healthy top to bottom and inside out!

Along with eating healthy it is important to maintain blood circulation. This can be achieved through daily exercise, which will also help You relax, keep You energized and looking beautiful.
