Was the judge right to order Britney to give up sons to ex-husband KFed? Yes.

Kevin Federline-though he's painted as a loser unworthy of half the things he's gained-is at-least responsible enough for his own survival and for that of the children he knows about. Kevin Federline probably has a drivers' license, has relatively-steady income, and hasn't been caught doing the stupid things Britney Spears has done recently.

If Kevin Federline had hit someone's car in a parking-lot (which is stupid by itself), I'm sure Kevin Federline would've "balanced the justice-scales (thrown off-kilter by the weight of such stupidity)" by bearing whatever responsibility he could (no matter how long it took ... I'm sure that Britney Spears didn't have anything with which to leave a note then, and that Britney Spears had some 'important' appointment to attend; but she could've missed it to talk with the people whose property she had just offended, or at least looked-at/gone-up-to the camera in order to proove she's not StUpId.)

It's sad that no man was able to 'tame' Britney Spears long enough to engrain the morals of self-preservation in her. (It might sound like I'm degrading Britney Spears, but talking like an animal-psychologist is the only way I can make sense of Britney Spears' wildness ... besides, I can't harm Britney Spears half-as-much as Britney Spears has harmed Britney Spears with the help of the near-omnipresent Papparazzi.)

Oh, I can come out 'feeling sorry for Britney Spears' ... Britney Spears never had the chance to grow up before Britney Spears' parents shoved Britney Spears into "the limelight"; if she had, she would've developed the 'normal person'-persona and would be able to retain that persona ~during~ the "wild parties."

That is who children need their parents to be: the ultimate 'normal person.' Britney Spears could not ever develop that persona-not more-prominently than her ravvid party-girl persona-so it's best that her children can only see Britney Spears as the popular-media sees Britney Spears-a former teen-pop star decaying into middle-age.
