Strong, caring, compassionate, beautiful, intelligent, very confident.

A woman who exudes confidence, is a woman who gets respect.

Women need to be confident, and sure of what it is they do. If you can be both confident and sure you're ahead of the gang.

The fact that women are becoming more independent, and are confident is a wonderful thing. It means we are finally being taken seriously and treated equally.

To be treated as an equal in a relationship can sometimes be intimidating to men. A woman who is extremely confident can be either a turn on or a definite turnoff for men.

So whatever the case may be, I see that us women with confidence can make our relationships more long lasting. We don't come across as clingy or needy which can be a definite plus for some men. There are some men who just want a woman who can play fetch for them, be a little damsel in distress, one who is not making the same if not more money. A woman who is a good mother and housewife. Not one who is all that and more.

Women who are confident can hold their own within the workforce, and the family. We can have intelligent conversations. We can enjoy sports and drink beers just like one of the guys. Yes we are confident not stupid. Respect is all we want as well as to be treated like women.

Just remember men it has taken women along time to be recognized as equals to men in the workforce as well as other areas in society. Once we gained some freedom, independence and confidence we know that we can do anything and there is nothing that can be done to take that away from us.
