Operating a company of large stature, and insuring logistics of on time arrivals is important and communication is the key to that success. It is very important that good communications between customer, and the supplier be developed and in place. The customer pays the bills, and on time deliveries are a must in supply, and demand . These are some of the worst nightmares a company can have. It is essential that you communicate with your shipping supervisors, to make sure the product is packaged right, and stamped with the right codes with ISO quality assurance papers.
Communication is important to all companies that produce a product in high quality grades. Companies do not want a low quality product, to get any where near shipping. Quality assurance should be communicated to all lines of production, even if it means shutting the line down to correct the problem. Time is a killer in these type of situations. The less communication, the bigger the problem becomes. The more time you are down, the more money your company looses. Communication in the work place is under constant damage control.
Good communication, and open door policies allow every employee doing their job to the best of their abilities a shot at ensuring good quality results, with product out the door . Communication practices, and quality assurance, means on time shipping, and on time deliveries. This makes one happy customer, and a successful company shine bright when good communication skills are applied.
GOOD COMMUNICATION PRATICES TO USE;
1) Open door polices allow employees to express concerns, and offer ideas on how to do jobs better.
2) ISO certification training of employees to make sure they know how important the product is in quality, and to their business.
3) Quick daily meetings to touch base on things that need to be changed, or applied, before doing the job.
4) Ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask question because you think they are stupid. There are no stupid questions. Just stupid answers.
5) Follow up with employees while on the job. See if the new implemented ideas are working.
6) Help is but a phone call away. Use communication services to your advantage daily.
7) Be a good listener, and less of a talker.
Keeping ahead of the communication curve, will help all those envolved to communicate better while doing their job. The importance of how people relate to one another can make, or break a company. Implementing good communication between the work teams, will relieve the employee of many stress related decisions they will have to make. Isolation does not fair well. Exclusion from the team are things to watch and monitor, when communication is so important to all.
