Poetry: Windows

We have windows within us
many to explore
Do we dare to go the distance
opening doors for stripping fears
pulling up shades on the windows
of our hearts so we bring into the light
those things that matter to us most.
They need to come out
If we don't let the fresh air in
the windows fog up
polluting our bodies
clogging our arteries.
It's time to peel off the armour
that keeps the windows of our hearts jammed
Hearts don't attack!
It's when the windows are closed
that our dreams become lost in the mist.
It's time to make tracks
thawing the ice on frozen emotions
stuck in the past.
Open the windows
see some new views
where grace opens the gates
offering infinite dates
to become an artist
creating new landscapes on earth.

We can drive our car with closed
or open windows.
It is for all of us to choose.

Fat melts, diseases disappear,
diagnostic labels are ripped up
as we bring in our Soul,
the window cleaner
to spray us with a language of light
that dissolves our fright.

Our vehicles begin to glow
as we grow with the fuel from our Soul.
Are you ready to know what it's like
to drive on a path of freedom
with ecstasy gleaming from every cell.
Only the future will tell.

    Through A Window

    The places I've been,
    The things that I've done
    The times I have seen,
    The laughter, the fun.
