Effective leadership tips with Biblical roots

bold requests of management as you demonstrate your worthiness of their confidence. Assuming more responsibility to ask for things you need or want is the fruit of self-control given by God the Holy Spirit. As you discipline yourself through the power of the Holy Spirit, you will be more useful to God and are person fit to receive more from God.

Be confident, courageous and complaint toward God and leadership submitted to God. The greatest of these three qualities is compliance, for if you do what God says, God promises to take all that happens to you and turn it into a benefit for you (Romans 8:28) and in the book of Joshua chapters 13-22 God shows that He even gives His team members an inheritance. The ultimate inheritance for team members of God is to spend eternity with God worshipping and working for Him without ever again experiencing evil (Revelations 22). All the team members God chooses will make it into heaven, but some team members will have a better inheritance than others based on the life they lived on earth (I Corinthians 3:11-15). Live with excellence through the power of the Holy Spirit. Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior will get you into heaven, but if you do not comply with Him, the life you live on earth will not be all that it can be and you may have a diminished inheritance in heaven.
