This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipes.
BAKED SPAGHETTI
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
48 oz favorite spaghetti sauce
1/8 cup yellow onion finely chopped
16 oz spaghetti
3 oz cream cheese softened
24 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Cook spaghetti according to directions on package. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain meat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Layer spaghetti into bottom of rectangle casserole dish.
Spread cream mixture evenly onto spaghetti.
Add meat and sauce.
Top with cheddar or mozzarella cheese, or both.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread and salad.
