Mother
Cheerful smile and warm embrace
In my mind, I still see your face
Shining light and flowing grace
Day by day, I think of you
Gracious in everything you do
Always there and ever true
You light the darkness so others can see
Mother, you do this for me
Fearless and hopeful,
You always will be
Beautiful, Mother, to me
Day by day, I think of you
Gracious in everything you do
Always there and ever true
I hear your voice in my heart and I feel
Mother, you're right here with me!
Vibrant and joyful, you always will be
Beautiful, Mother, to me.
Vibrant and joyful, you always will be
Beautiful, Mother, to me.

Mother's cardigan.
My mother's cardigan
Still hangs on the back of her chair,
A fluffy pink confection
Of kitten-soft mohair,
Take me back
Back to a time
Life was different
Things were simple
Surrounded by love
And adoration for each other
We stuck close
And
The Morning Light
There's a place in the morning light,
a moment...there just for awhile,
when the newness of the day shines
Mother
I left behind what created me,
She who held me in her arms
And whispered to me as a bairn.
I left behind what made me

My Mother a Class Act
Dinner setting, quite frankly I never seen so many
Bursting the pyramid into pepper, tonight's meal
