Sexual harassment in the workplace

Sexual harassment is a current matter in many workplace.It occurs more often as we might think.Sexual harassment is form of violence, but in many cases it is keeping as a secret.
Then this person is in persistent stress and chaos.All this can have a negative influence on working but also personal life.

The most bothered are women.They are very often considered as a frigid and spoiled.In spite of they are bother with this situation they keep it as a secret.They are afraid of ridicule in front of other coworkers.

So how to guard against sexual harassment?
The most effectual is set out a rules how other person will behave to you.Clearly explain to a person who is harassing you, how you see it.Tell him openly what specific bothers you and what kind of result is waiting for him, if he would continue.If you are afraid to tell him that eye to eye, send him email or write him a letter.If all this is ineffective, all the time you can find somebody who you can direct the problem.It can be your employer, coworkers or all collective.

It is very possible the same person in harassing many women in workplace.When his undignified behaving start to solve at least one person the other would certain run in too.

If all this is still ineffective , then you have to write a formal complain.With this problem is not solved, it will come after confrontations and interviews.But the sooner is problem starting to resolve the bigger chance you have for effect.
