Most of the companies now a day are using Power Point presentation to show their reports, proposals and case studies. There are few additional features that are available versus using Microsoft Word or Excel. You can choose a variety of slides that can gather the attention of all your viewers. You can also put animations; add charts, drawings and clips that can add spice to your presentation.
You can also include this in school or universities. Here are the following tips for integrating Power Point into the classroom:
1. When teaching a lesson, you may want to use this aside from using whiteboards, blackboard and chalks. This will be very helpful to students to familiarize the Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Require students to use this when presenting a report to the whole class. This will be a great advantage in the future until they are ready to go to work.
3. Give them assignments and tell them to put it in Power Point presentation.
4. Discuss to students the advantages and when/how to use this.
This will be an exciting learning experience to all of the students. It's better to have additional knowledge in computer and this will also help you to be competitive in the future. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point will be better if we add these to the curriculum or in the subject of "Computer". Currently, technology is continuing upgrading and we need to adapt changes promptly to our daily lives in school, work and at home.
