The main reason for infertility in men is constriction of the jewels caused by wearing tight underwear or pants. Unfortunately this constriction also usually results in a grouchy demeanor which does not help in finding opportunities to engage in fertility functions.

The obvious cure for infertility of this type is for the sufferer to loosen up. Take the example of the Scotsman, wear a skirt. Or take the example of the youngsters who wear low-riders. I'm not quite sure how the pants are kept up when the crotch is at knee level but it is done, so it is possible. Or do as most of my friends have done, go island. Wear a Hawaiian parea wrap in public but otherwise go au natural. This will improve the mood and improve the chances of conception.

In some cases the man's body simply does not produce enough sperm under any circumstances. In this case the sperm that is available must be hoarded used strategically in a process involving turkey basters a la British royalty.

Infertility in women is more complicated. A woman's emotions affect her physical being profoundly. There are innumerable examples of women who after adopting a child are miraculously able to conceive. There is no simple cure for this condition, aside from adoption, and more drug research will be needed. Probably if a woman is infertile it is best she not have children until such time she becomes fertile. There is a whole world of cellular and genetic memory which goes into the self-preservation demonstrated by a woman thus affected. How much trauma does each woman carry in line from the first woman? It's a wonder there are any babies at all! It does require the insanity brought on by chemical changes in the body to bring a woman to the state where she will voluntarily open her body to the trauma of birth and to the long years of having her heart carried around in the possession of others who may or may not be careful with it.
