What is the role of viruses on planet Earth?

Virus /phage ,venom ,poison . Viruses in the Earths ecosystems cause major problems in the phytoplankton regions of our ecosystems . They impregnate , kill and become new strains in the evolution of life . The good viruses , have a critical role , in weeding out bad bacterial strains . Especially the bacteria that is hazardous to man and animal . Plants absorb these micro organisms , making them poisonous . Fish absorb these micro organisms as well , making them un fit to eat . (Red Tide)

Viruses have played a big role in life's evolution . There are so many different stains , man has no cure for some , but through studies of most common strains of viruses , now have a greater knowledge . Viruses have been called , " The seedlings of life", by some and " The visions of death," by others .

Viruses appear in forms of poisons , genetics through the centuries , have cause viruses such as West Nile , one that can be carried by mosquitoes . Just like malaria , the virus has changed . Toxins that cause fever and death in some cases , have been linked to viruses . The AIDs virus attacks the humans immune system , research of this strain has not found a cure . Maybe in the near future we will be able to separate and find cures at a faster rate .
