YES - Jesus talked about homosexuality - it is a myth that he did not. He says in Mark 10:6-8 - "...at the beginning of creation, God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be united to his wife..." and in both Matthew 6:31-32 and Mark 10:10-12 Jesus speaks of marriage and divorce being between a man and a woman, clearly using feminine and masculine terms. It is clear he never considers man with man or woman with woman.
Since the verses is Romans 1 have already been mentioned in someone else's article, I won't waste your time or mine going there except to say that because Romans was written by Paul, it is often discredited by churches with primarily gay memberships. I have gay friends (yes, I'm a straight Christian with gay friends - and we love each other!) who say they've been taught in church that Paul was "off on his own agenda" when he spoke against homosexuality - that it was possibly even the thorn in his side that he says God wouldn't get rid of. But I tell them that if we believe the Bible at all, we must believe the whole thing - lock, stock and barrel without using our own little line-item veto versions. I don't like some things in there either - But God wrote what he wrote because he loves us and knows what's best for us.
Christians are not being intolerant or hateful to say that homosexuality is wrong. We say it because we must believe Jesus and the word of God, not society. And God says to love everyone. We love gay people enough to want to watch out for their health, their happiness, and their overall well-being.
