A fast food observation

by Vu Chau

I'm going to post my sides of fast food eating in my own opinion

1: Eating fast food occasionally

Eating fast food once in a while can be quite tasty. The curly fries, the chicken, the burgers, the gravy... eating any or all of these foods occasionally, not all at once is not that dangerous to your health. Once it goes inside your body, it has bits of fat and lipids which you would not normally consume, but who cares, It's not harmful only if you ingest a small portion of it once in a while... Your body takes care of it, and if you really want to be careful, eat some vegetables afterwards if your a bit scared.

Sodas, as I stated with the fast food above, is not bad if you drink a little of it once in a while, but knowing the US, nearly everyone drinks soda... so not much you can do there >.>

2. Eating fast food often

Eating fast food often can be a threatening issue to your health. Not only does it damage your body faster, but more heavily as well. All those lipids and fat and oil that entire your body can have a negative downside effect and you body might not be able to eliminate it all right away, so in the end, some of that fat and oil remains in your body, thus making you fat over time. That leads to obesity, and that leads to death, which is something no-one wants to plan for anytime soon. Also, it could scare you for life, internally, possibly

As for sodas, I have no opinion, because I myself drink a LOT of sodas, but only say every 3-4 months... as for sunkist soda ( or basically orange soda ), my parents don't give me a lecture for drinking it like they do for me drinking coca-cola every few months, so I'm not too sure on that part, but I'm sure It's just as health-threatening as well

3. Consuming fast food on a daily cycle

I'll just sum it all for you in 2 words... Instant Death... which is basically what happens if you consume fast food, nonstop, every single day. Anyone who has watched SupersizeMe knows what I'm talking about. A man eats nothing but fast food, Super Sized for like 30 days nonstop, I can't remember exactly how long, and he grew quite large... and it looked like he was going to die if he even ate one more burger. Like the saying goes "too much of something can kill you" Even though fast foods are a general broad range, they're pretty much all junky, fatty foods

I'm not going to get started on Soda... It's just like I stated above,
"too much of something can kill you"

It feels good saying all that... even though most people still continue to eat fast food and drink sodas, It still feels good knowing a lot of people know how dangerous fast food is, although it can be a tasty treat every once in a while :D
