Yes! The judge made the right decision! Of course, the judge should have ruled to remove the boys from Britney's irresponsible custody for their safety and well being! While K-Fed is no catch as a husband, he does at least keep a lower profile than Britney and has not been shown to act irresponsibly when he has the children.

While I personally think the children would have been better off removed from both parents and adopted by a sane family who would love and care for them properly, K-Fed is their father, and as such, he has the right to try to raise and care for his children unless he proves himself also to be an unfit parent.

If K-Fed proves to be an unfit parent for the children then Social Services will step in once again. In the event that happened I think the judge would make a serious mistake to then hand them over to either Spears' or K-Fed's parents, particularly Spears' parents considering just how well they have raised her.

Britney Spears hit the charts with her music in her teens and her parents, in an attempt to promote her career, allowed their teenage daughter to have a "boob job". That's absolutely absurd thinking on any parent's part. From that time forward she began to dress and act more suggestive on stage to lure the male audience so I assume that was approved of by her parents also. Her behavior, as everyone knows, has just become more and more outlandish with each year.

K-Fed has proved himself to be a cheating husband and fathered two illegitimate children. That's a far cry in the court's view from the promiscuity, public indecent exposure, repeated child endangerment, driving under the influence, public drunkenness, and all the other stunts that Spears has pulled. The girl obviously needs psychiatric counseling and no child would be safe in her care.
