How to get a winning business plan?

In other words, we need a business success plan to win in our enterprises. Winning is a way of life for those who plan a success strategy in advance and execute it in the planned way. In planning the success strategy, we should focus on the producers, end-users and distributors to make it a fool proof strategy.

PRICE IS A WINNING FORMULA!

The production strategy should involve the procurement and processing of raw materials qualitatively and economically. There should not be any loophole for pilferage or damage to the raw materials and finished products in handling to and fro the entry and exit points in the factory, as well in the distribution channels or in the shipping or air lifting places. This assures an economy and a lower price fixation for marketing the products.

LOW PRICE STRATEGY:

Arriving at a low cost price for a good quality product is the first winning formula!
To the end users, either the price should be low for easy buying, or should be high enough to add more prestige to them. The product should have good special features of value addition and should be known as prestigious product by virtue of quality and advertisements.

A low price with huge volume of turnover in a short period of time will make it a winning strategy!

HIGH PRICE STRATEGY:

Otherwise, a higher price, good value addition by extra special features and special publicity will make the product available for rich people. This will also be a winning formula, but it will take a longer time to establish its superiority over the others.

SUPPORT DISTRIBUTORS AND RETAILERS:

The distributors are like the pillar stones of a business organization. They are the people having direct link with the final consumers or end users. The distributors' channels should be strong and wide as for as the area of operation is concerned. They should have retails stores that easily agree with the distributors for the introduction of new products as well co operate with all the activities related to publicity at the point of sale.

POINT OF SALE PUBLICITY A WINNING FORMULA:

Every care should be taken and funds utilized to support the distributors and the retail outlets. The display of products on the retailers' counters is an important winning formula. The packages should be attractive and easily readable about the special offers made on the packets. The point of sale publicity is a key factor and it should be adopted with all prominence.

The business plan should incorporate a suitable price, distribution supports, point of sale publicity, besides quality product, special packing etc are winning business formula to be included in the business plan.
